So how exactly does it all work then?
We have 2 modes available:Auto response mode: The AI will respond to questions automatically, replying in real-time with content aware responses to customer queries.
Suggestive mode: Instead of replying for you, the AI will suggest appropriate responses to questions based on the training information it has been given. Inside the dashboard, you can use these suggestions, edit, or regenerate alternative suggestions before confirming your response. This mode is ideal if you want to speed up your response time using AI but still want a human touch.
If you like the idea of having an all-in-one inbox but don't want the AI features, you can switch off the AI entirely.
BizzyBee can be used to auto-reply to messages via your Facebook business page, Instagram business page, Google Business Profile and can even be added to your website as a chat widget.

The basic BizzyBee subscription is £47 per month. This gives you access to BizzyBee's all-in-one inbox where you can connect your social media accounts to start receiving and manually replying to Facebook, Instagram and Google messages for free.
However, OpenAI (the thing that makes BizzyBee buzz!) does cost money to use. Hey, that's the price of doing business!
Pricing is currently set at £0.01 for each AI response generated. (Cheaper than hiring a human to answer questions, and much more efficient)
Unlike other companies, we operate a pay for what you use policy so you're not hit with huge fees even if you don't use up your allowances.
Simply add your credit card details, set a minimum credit balance, and how much you want to top-up when you drop below that balance. When you do, we'll auto-charge your card so you never run out of credits.
A first deposit of £10 is required to start using BizzyBee.
It all depends how many of our additional features you use.
Phone & SMS Messages
Adding a phone number (optional) allows you to make phone calls and send text messages through BizzyBee.
Each BizzyBee phone number costs a monthly fee of £2.
Send Text Message: £ 0.01 / sms.
Receive Text Message: $ 0.001 / sms.
Making Calls: £0.03 / min.
Receiving Calls: £0.01 / min.
Adding WhatsApp costs a monthly fee of £15. (Don't blame us, blame Meta!)
Please note: You must have a WhatsApp business account to use BizzyBee. Signing up is easy, but you can't use your personal phone number if it's already connected to a personal WhatsApp account. If you don't have a 2nd number you can use, you'll need to purchase a BizzyBee phone number for a monthly fee of £2.
Inbound WhatsApp messages are free to receive.
Outbound messages are also free except if it your business that is initiating the conversation. In this case the standard WhatsApp Marketing Message fee is applied of £0.01 for the first message sent. WhatsApp then gives you a free 24 hour window in which to chat.
Yes, you can even send email messages via BizzyBee, although sadly, this is not compatible with AI.

Training the chatparrot is straightforward. Our user-friendly interface allows you to input website URLs and Google Docs that contain information about your business.
You can also add more complex questions and answers, which the bot will remember and reference during conversations.
You'll also be able to see BizzyBee's responses to any questions, so if you see something that isn't quite right, you can give that reply a thumbs down, and suggest a better response for next time.
We provide you with all the information you need to get going and even offer a one-to-one onboarding over the phone or preferably Zoom so we can show you everyhting (you don't need to be on camera, you can just watch and listen, ask questions etc).
BizzyBee waits for a configured amount of time to collect all messages in a conversation before responding, allowing it to understand the context better and respond to all messages in one go. It's extremely intelligent and learns at a rate of 10,000 times faster that of the smartest human!
Yes, the wait time can be configured to as low as one second for BizzyBee to respond almost instantly. Setting it to around 10-20 seconds makes it feel a bit more human. You have lots of freedom to test what works best and can always ask BizzyBee too remember!
That being said it really depends on the amount of data and information you feed into the BizzyBee! If you train it extensively and upload manuals, guides and other resources it will certainly learn them and very quickly. You can also adjust how the responses go out... we're more than happy to help along the way too of course...
Yes, of course it depends on the type of sales you make as a business, but BizzyBee can send Payment links as well as Calendar links and actually has the ability to check against your live calendar and offer slots to clients if you allow it and want it to.
